Jack Maendel, the CEO of EcoPoxy, grew up on a family farm of 3,600 acres and 8,000 laying hens. He has 22 years of experience in managing a large business. 10 years ago he set out to look for a new industry that was environmentally responsible and would utilize the commodities grown on his farm in hopes of ending dependency on foreign buyers for locally grown crops. This lead to the creation of a lab and the research of turning soybeans into epoxies, a product that is now in global demand. With over 250 retailers globally and high demand for his products, he is now working on opening a new location in Switzerland to service the European market.
